Homemade teeth cleaner

Mix organic turmeric powder, xylitol, clay powder and a little bicarbonate of soda with a TBSP of coconut oil. This is a relatively natural and cheap way to clean your teeth while boosting your vitality.

Use a xylitol based mouthwash and toothpaste. Xylitol has been proven to assist in healthy teeth.
